EU's Barnier: Withdrawal agreement cannot be renegotiated

The European Union's Chief Brexit negotiator, Michel Barnier was out on the wires in the last hour, saying that a no-deal Brexit is possible but not probable and Irish backstop cannot be renegotiated.
