UK PM spokesman: Govt. remains determined to leave the EU on March 29

The UK PM Theresa May's spokesman, James Slack was out with some comments in the last hour and said that cancelling Parliament's February recess shows that the government remains determined, and is taking all available steps to ensure everything is in place to leave the EU on March 29.
