Ex-PBOC’s Zhou: China will continue to adopt proactive fiscal, neutral monetary policies

The People’s Bank of China (PBOC) published a statement late-Wednesday carrying the remarks by the former Chinese central bank Governor Zhou Xiaochuan, who attended the G20 meetings in Argentina.

Zhou noted that China will continue to adopt a proactive fiscal policy and prudent and neutral monetary policy, as reported by Reuters.
