Analysts at Nomura offered their model's projections for today's fix in USD/CNY.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 169 pips lower than the previous fix (6.3267 from 6.3436) and 40 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.3227. The basket implied change is 46 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.3273 from 6.3227)."
