Japan trade unions to request pay scale hike of 2% in 6 months

As per Japanese press reports, the Trade Union Confederation will request a pay scale hike of 2%. Rengo PResident Kozu said the trade union national center is determined to further narrow wage gaps between large and small businesses and between regular and non-regular workers.
