FXStreet (Bali) - Reuters is reporting on Chicago's Fed President Charles Evans research paper, making a case for rates to remain at zero until 2016.

One of the key quotes in the paper notes: "In this paper, we demonstrate that the zero lower bound on nominal interest rates implies that the central bank should adopt a looser policy when there is uncertainty..."
